Course of study for the Alchemical Marriage

The alchemical initiation of humility that is the very core of the Rosicrucian path of enlightenment.

The main motif in this story is the initiate of misunderstanding/patience/humility vs. the soul condition of inflation that is the greatest danger on the path to the higher self. The practice described in the seven days of the book is to learn to wait in patience but act in faith of the spirit. Both qualities of waiting and acting if done properly lead to the deliverance of the soul from the inflation of illusion. This capacity then leads to the impulse of the soul towards service in humility.  This soul working in this way mysteriously becomes the vessel or crucible for the action of grace. These Rosicrucian ideas are the very core of the book the Alchemical Wedding of Chrisitan Rosencreutz.

The first five lectures are from a short course given at a Coros workshop at Rudolf Steiner College in the spring of 2011.  The last lecture is a summary of the important points of the book contained in a lecture given in the fall of 2011 in Fair Oaks.
