The subject of this lecture was the changing relationship between human beings and the natural world from Neolithic times until the present age of global environmental awareness.

Topics include, something has changed in humans, Zen, Shinto, the oracle and the agent, Paleolithic, Neolithic, bronze age evidence of polarities between technology and religion, is an arrowhead natural, the hunter/gatherer as Abel, animism and the child of nature consciousness, bear cult initiation, Neolithic revolution and agrarian culture, Venus figurines, serpent wisdom, bronze age, smelting metals, technology runs ahead of soul development, deities as images of human beings, rituals of afterlife, “give- away” as a concept in indigenous America, the steward consciousness in the iron age, surplus and technology, the Great Creators, Cain and Abel, contemporary Green Movement, Bright Greens/ technologists-stewards, Light Greens as spouses, Dark Greens as children of nature, meditative practices to develop gratitude as a path to healing nature, Q and A.
