PREVIEW

This course addresses the common issue of how to transform beliefs and values that were part of the family of origin influences in childhood.

Our families shape many of the beliefs we carry about love, success, health, and risk, often in ways that remain unconscious until they create challenges later in life. This workshop series explores how these early patterns influence emotional responses, decision-making, and repeating life experiences.

Through reflective exercises, symbolic imagery, mandala work, and dialogue, participants learn to identify inherited belief structures and work with them creatively. The course combines psychological insight with imaginative practices to help participants transform family-based patterns into conscious values that support growth and self-understanding.

Lecture 1 – Inherited Intent and the Roots of Family Patterns

This introductory lecture explores how inherited family values and unfinished parental intentions shape repeating life patterns. Drawing from psychology, neuroscience, and spiritual traditions, the session examines how early experiences influence memory, fear, and reward systems in the brain. Participants are introduced to imaginal practices and mandala work as tools for recognizing hidden beliefs and transforming them through reflective exercises, shared dialogue, and dream incubation.

Lecture 2 – Mapping Beliefs with the Mandala Method

This lecture introduces a structured mandala practice that uses images to access unconscious feelings and belief structures formed in early childhood. Participants learn how family sayings and emotional patterns become embedded biological responses tied to fear, reward, and impulse control. Through symbolic images and a four-part mandala process—issue, belief, transformation, and reversal—participants begin mapping inherited belief systems and exploring their potential transformation.

Lecture 3 – Karma, Family Patterns, and the Guardian of the Threshold

This lecture examines inherited patterns through the lens of karma, ancestral influences, and symbolic biography. Using mandala exercises, participants explore how family beliefs may shape health tendencies, emotional reactions, and life challenges across generations. The workshop also introduces the archetype of the “guardian of the threshold,” encouraging participants to view their life patterns objectively and engage dreams and imagination as tools for deeper insight.

Lecture 4 – Mother and Father Archetypes

Focusing on the archetypal influence of mother and father, this lecture investigates how parental belief patterns shape emotional responses, decision-making, and identity formation. Through symbolic exercises including the “Angel of Death” reflection, participants explore attachment, loss, and control as forces that shape family values. Mandala work is used to examine parental patterns around planning, impulse control, and belief formation.

Lecture 5 – Dreams, Imagination, and Spiritual Transformation

This lecture presents an imaginative spiritual practice that works with dreams, imagery, and symbolic perception. Participants learn methods for bringing questions and images into sleep, receiving insight through dreams, and cultivating deeper awareness of personal and ancestral patterns. The session emphasizes developing heart-based perception and creative practices that support transformation of inherited beliefs.

Lecture 6 – Forgiveness and the Transformation of Belief

The concluding lecture focuses on forgiveness and compassionate imagination as powerful forces for transforming inherited beliefs. Drawing on neuroscience, spiritual psychology, and reflective exercises, participants explore how new perspectives can reshape emotional patterns and support personal healing. Practices such as visualization, artistic expression, and reflective biography help integrate insights from the course.
