This course is a survey of the esoteric principles that are the foundation of the Biodynamic practices. Starting with the geological features of pre-cambrian times the ascent of organisms is sketched as a depiction of what Rudolf Steiner has called the world / mineral / plant. These descriptions are then evolved in the lectures through the evolution of lower plants, animal organs, planetary influences and concerns of Biodynamic research. In a survey form the most fundamental ideas in Biodynamics are presented in four lectures as an aid to study.
- Lecture 1
World-mineral-plant-animal, resurrecting the corpse, center and periphery, cells, life gesture, tissues, astralization - Lecture 2
Bacteria, differentiation, spore bearing plants, fern reproduction, the node, flowering plants - Lecture 3
Invagination, planetary loops, minimal surfaces, animal nature, human nature, form principles of organisms, valerian - Lecture 4
Journaling in research, self knowledge, importance of feelings, alchemical methods, self adjusting convergent processes, gem elixirs, tartaric acid
