At times it is necessary for those on a path of self development to engage in protecting themselves from the negative intents coming from other persons. This process is delicate but if handled consciously it can be healing for both the person who we are struggling with and for ourselves. It is necessary to structure the inner work to both respect the other and at the same time restrict negative thoughts coming from others from entering our own soul and causing problems.

The format for this practice is outlined in the first two lectures. Once some balance is attained, indications from the three gazes meditation (lecture 3) and the sun, moon, earth imagination (lecture 4) can bring our soul back into a creative state.

  • 1 – First Protection Ritual
  • 2 – Second Protection Ritual
  • 3 – Three Gazes Daily Review
  • 4 – Gate of the Sun and Moon
