The course on Rosicrucian Meditation techniques was given in the Boston area in the summer of 2009 at the Rudolf Steiner Institute. It was designed to help gain access to the life of the soul through imaginative exercises and esoteric games.

  • Lecture 5 – Myth and Mask
    Myth and mask, projection, consciousness soul, rejection, asking questions, blame, myth and mask, character arc
  • Lecture 6 – ABC/CBA, Mask Art
    Exercises for crossing the threshold, ABC / CBA process, Tiny Alice game, concentration, contemplation, meditation, dialogue with the guardian, mask art
  • Lecture 7 – Individual/Collective
    Deeper mask work, the individual and the collective, soul poison as medicine, character arc, masks of myths, force of biography

  • Lecture 10 – Alchemical Wedding
    Alchemical wedding, story of the initiate of misunderstanding, sketching process, collaboration process, brokering a solution
  • Lecture 11 – Dinner Party
    The dinner party exercise, hygienic prayer, breathing light exercise, gland responses, spirit of the family
  • Lecture 12 – Flower Essences
    Spagyric alchemical remedies, salt, sulfur and mercury, gestures, signatures, poisons, homeopathics
  • Lecture 13 – Homeopathic Color
    Adaptogens, flower essences, pine, holly, wild oat,blame, karma, solving ambiguity with symbols
  • Lecture 14 – Symbolic Meditations
    Conscious unknowing, burned and devoured god, scattered and buried god, avatar, alchemical glyphs
  • Lecture 15 – Monochord Speculum
    Pythagorean monochord and the alchemical speculum, the relationships between the vertical and horizontal in JS Bach fugues and human physiology
