This lecture was given at the Sacramento Anthroposophical Society Branch meeting and based on Rudolf Steiner’s philosophy of anthroposophy. It delves into the complex topic of the human “I” being and the concept of the double – entities that affect physical and psychological well-being. Dennis shares the influences of the ahrimanic double (associated with physical illness) and the luciferic double (linked with emotional and psychological difficulties). He also explores the significance of resistance and flow in human psyche and in life formation, highlighting its connection to bioelectricity.
Exercises using symbols from nature for producing inner pictures are given as a means of healing.
