By Dennis Klocek 1 min read

He explains the process of utilizing decomposed leaf water, rich in fulvic acid, to create an inoculant with nitrogen-fixing bacteria and how the inoculated fava beans develop robust rhizobia colonies, boosting nitrogen fixation.
He also covers support methods using a trellis, harvesting tips, and the nutritional benefits of fava beans, shoots and flowers, particularly their high levodopa (dopamine precursor) content beneficial for various health conditions like POCD, ADD, ADHD and anxiety.
